In 2008, Paul, at the age of 27, founded Croft Enterprises, LLC, during a challenging economic period. His relentless focus on providing value and an innovative approach to business enabled the company to thrive. By 2017, Croft Enterprises had expanded its operations to several major cities across the United States. Paul's entrepreneurial ventures go beyond Croft Enterprises. He has initiated multiple successful startups, using his keen insight into market needs and his passion for innovation to create valuable services that benefit both his clients and his career. Croft Enterprises offers a broad range of services, including tax consulting, financial consulting, and business consulting, supplemented by personal and business tax preparation, life insurance, annuities, and real estate services. In addition to his financial services enterprises, Paul established Rhino Onward International (ROI), a company focused on renewable energy solutions like solar power and water desalination. As the founder and executive chairman, Paul is determined to position ROI as a leader in the global green energy sector, aiming to help clients meet their environmental and sustainability goals. Paul is also the CEO of Emerald Life, Inc., where he provides a comprehensive array of insurance products and financial consulting services to help secure the economic futures of individuals, families, and businesses. This role demonstrates his commitment to providing extensive support to his clients. Moreover, Paul has invested in the hospitality industry, partnering with Komo Chicago & Esco Bar, a venue renowned for its innovative fusion of Japanese and Latin cuisines and its lively nightlife atmosphere. Paul's business prowess includes expanding a small tax practice from 37 clients to 2,000 in just five years, a clear indicator of his ability to build trust and achieve significant results. His entrepreneurial ventures have generated approximately $2 billion in life insurance sales over two decades, and his investments in Chicago's dining and entertainment sectors have been notably successful, further showcasing his versatile business skills. Growing up in Two Harbors, Minnesota, Paul excelled as a student and athlete, overcoming a significant sports injury at age 16. His determination in hockey led to an opportunity to join the Air Force Academy. He furthered his education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and the University of North Dakota, focusing on Industrial Engineering and Business. His early professional success was nationally recognized when he was featured as a top financial intern in a major national publication. Paul is dedicated to his community philanthropically. He works with CHOICE, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals with intellectual disabilities secure employment. In 2018, he employed four individuals from the organization, providing them with meaningful opportunities. He also supports The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, motivated by personal experiences with the disease. Outside of work, Paul is passionately involved in his role as a father, actively participating in his son's upbringing. His hobbies include golf, collecting classic cars, and enjoying music and boating, which provide relaxation and a way to recharge.
